Most big wheel builders produce what’s known as machine build, hand finished wheels. This means that the bulk of the assembly is done by a series of machines, including the tensioning of the spokes. Machines cannot match the precision of a professional wheel builder. Machines are cheap, skilled humans are not. Rightfully so. A 100% hand-built set of wheels will outlast, stay truer longer, and ride better than a set of comparable machine built wheels. MTB Dialed wheels are built by hand, to your spec, start to finish.

Depending on the level of customization and parts availability, our build time is typically 7-10 days.

Hubs and wheels will come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Some higher end carbon wheels are now coming with a lifetime warranty to the original owner(you). This is a great way to go if you want a quality wheelset that you do not have to worry about over the long term.
Additionally, MTB Dialed’s work is warrantied for 90 days, and covers labor and parts (due to defect only).
